Pardon Our Dust

I’m back!!!

Almost a year to the day that I left this blog to collect dust in the corner. It’s been a heck of a year. Illness, surgeries, moving into a fixer upper, losing my hair, starting to grow it back, a bunch of fun little scars creating a map on my body and virtually no time for what has mostly sustained me my whole life – reading.

I’m better now, almost the Bionic Woman version of me. Not quite back up to speed, but getting there. Hammering out social media for the Cybils, my cooking blog Doña Lupe’s Kitchen, starting a business with a partner and above all, getting healthy again.

I’m opening books, dusting off the blog, ramping up. I’ll be writing about my fifth year with the Cybils and probably regaling you with the adventures of my two bookavore grandchildren who have grown so big and wise over this past year. I’ll be reviewing again – hopefully lots.

It feels good to be home… This blog was my first, it was my own personal bit of heaven – a library of books surrounding me and I’ve missed it terribly.

Pardon the dust, we’re polishing up. Stay tuned.
