R.I.P. Illustrator, Seymour Fleishman

I just learned that the wonderful illustrator, Seymour Fleishman has died.  We, at AmoXcalli are deeply saddened by his passing.  I will never forget lovely books like The Blueberry Pie Elf, The Puppy Who Wanted a Boy, and my favorite, Gus Was a Friendly Ghost.  Our thoughts are with his family.

The Chicago Sun Times has published a full obituary with a gallery of some of his work.

Mr. Fleishman will be greatly missed.
